Upward Bound Application
LNESC Upward Bound collects income, citizenship, and other eligibility information as required by federal regulations. Your information is protected by the Privacy Act and accessible only to authorized staff.
ALL UB participants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Have an interest in attending college
- Demonstrate academic need
- Meet federal income guidelines and/or be a potential first-generation college student (neither parent holds a bachelor’s degree)
- Commit to active participation in Upward Bound through high school graduation
